Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED — 30 SEP 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neurolist website and the design services ordered through it. Neurolist is a trade name of Germ Bud LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St #43911, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Neurolist", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company.
1. Our services
Neurolist designs visual content for e-commerce marketplaces, including main images, secondary (gallery) images, A+ and Premium A+ content, and Brand Story images, for Amazon and other marketplaces such as Etsy, Walmart, Temu and eBay. The contents of each package, custom pack and price are shown on the website at the time you order.
We design to the marketplace image guidelines as we understand them at the time of delivery. Marketplaces make their own decisions about approving, displaying or removing content, and they change their rules from time to time. We do not guarantee any particular result, such as marketplace approval, click-through rate, conversion rate, rankings or sales.
2. Accounts and guest orders
You can order with an account or as a guest using your email address. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
For every paid order you receive a private order link, shown after payment and sent to the email address given at checkout. The link lets you view and manage the order (brief, files, messages, revisions and cancellation) without logging in. Anyone who has the link can access the order, so keep it private and do not forward it. We can revoke a link and send a new one on request. If you later create an account with the same email address, you can add your guest orders to it by confirming a one-time verification link that we email to you.
You can assign a partner agency to an order. By doing so you authorize that agency to view the order, add and edit brief materials, upload files and communicate with us on your behalf. We email the agency a personal order link. You can remove an agency's access at any time from the order page.
3. Orders, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and are calculated per product or variant. The price shown at checkout, including any volume discount, is the price you pay.
- For products with several variants (for example colors or sizes), the price depends on the variant setup you choose at ordering, such as separate secondary images for every variant, or shared secondary images with an extra main image for each additional variant. The price breakdown shown before payment states exactly what is included.
- Volume discounts are counted per package type across your whole order (for example, all Full Package units together) according to the quantity tiers shown at the time of ordering.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
- An order is confirmed when payment is completed. We may change our prices at any time, but changes never affect orders that are already paid.
4. Your brief and materials
After payment you complete the brief for your order: product and variant details, listing and competitor links, raw product photos, a brief for each image (including image styles and A+ layout and module choices), design references and brand kit (colors, fonts, logo). You confirm that:
- you own or have the rights to use all materials you provide (photos, logos, text, trademarks, references) and that we may use them to produce your order;
- the product information and claims you provide are accurate and lawful, and you are responsible for the claims shown in the final images;
- your products and listings comply with the laws and marketplace policies that apply to them.
We may ask for additional information when something is missing or unclear. We may decline or cancel an order that involves unlawful, infringing, misleading or marketplace-prohibited content; in that case you receive a full refund for the affected items.
5. Turnaround
We deliver within 24 hours after your brief is complete, meaning submitted with the information and files needed to start. If we need more information from you, the delivery time is paused until we receive it. Large orders, orders with many products or variants, and events outside our reasonable control may take longer; we will tell you if we expect a delay.
6. Revisions
Each delivered item includes two (2) revision rounds, requested within 7 days of delivery, within the scope of the original brief. A revision round is one consolidated set of change requests. Requests that change the original scope (for example a new concept, a different product, additional images or a new brief) are not revisions and can be quoted separately. If no revision is requested within 7 days of delivery, the delivery is considered accepted.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: full refund before your brief is submitted, 50% refund if you cancel after design has started but before delivery, and no refund after delivery (your revision rounds still apply).
8. Ownership and license
- Your final images: once your order is paid in full, all rights we hold in the final delivered images are transferred to you, and you may use them for any lawful commercial purpose, on any marketplace or channel, without time limit.
- Your materials remain yours.
- Our materials: we keep all rights in our pre-existing know-how, templates, layouts, tools and working methods. Working and source files (for example layered design files) are not part of the delivery unless agreed in writing.
- Third-party elements: where a design uses licensed third-party elements such as stock imagery, icons or fonts, their use is subject to the respective license terms.
- We may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, as part of our design process.
9. Portfolio use
We may show delivered work in our portfolio and marketing (for example the Work section of this website). If you do not want your work shown, tell us when you order, turn off portfolio use on your order page, or email us, and we will not show it or will remove it within a reasonable time.
10. Confidentiality
We treat your brief, files and unpublished product information as confidential and use them only to provide our services to you, except where you allow portfolio use (section 9) or the law requires disclosure.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to break the law, infringe the rights of others, upload malicious code, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the website's operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
12. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of materials you provide.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales or marketplace account actions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Neurolist against claims arising from the materials and information you provide, or from your breach of these Terms.
15. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 8, 12, 13, 14 and 16) survive termination.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim locally.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
